Sri Swami Sivananda

Sri Swami Sivananda Saraswati (1887-1963) of Rishikesh, India, was a great spiritual being, a self realized Yogi, someone who was able to translate spirituality into practicality. Swami Tyagananda was first introduced to the teachings of this great saint through Swami Vishnudevananda, who paved the way for Swamiji to study nada yoga under Sri Swami Nada Brahmananda.
